A listing alert is a saved MLS® search that emails you when a new home matches it. Once your account is confirmed, new listings in Cloverdale, Langley, South Surrey or anywhere in the Fraser Valley you’ve saved are sent to you as they come on the market — usually the same day, rather than whenever you next remember to look.

Yes, it’s free, and no. There’s no fee, no obligation and nothing to cancel. I’ll see that you’ve signed up and I’ll say hello once, to ask what you’re looking for. After that the pace is yours. If you’d rather just use the alerts and never talk to me, that’s completely fine.

Set Your Own Alerts is self-serve: you choose the criteria, the search runs on its own, and the listings come to you. Let Caroline Find It is the done-for-you version: you tell me what you want and I go looking, including at homes in Surrey and Langley that never reach the public search. Plenty of people use both.

Yes. Every page in the school catchment search has its own saved search: open the school, choose “Email me new listings”, and the alert covers only homes inside that boundary. For a neighbourhood, narrow the map search with its advanced filters, or start from its community page. Each search carries its own alert.

Your name and email create the account and send your alerts; your mobile number is so I can reach you if you ask me to. I can see that you’ve registered, so I can help if you ask me to. Your details aren’t sold and I don’t pass them on, and you can close the account whenever you like.

Every alert email has an unsubscribe link, and inside your account you can switch alerts off one search at a time without closing anything. If you’d like the whole account removed, email me at caroline@carolinejeklin.com and I’ll take care of it.
