No. Asking me to look costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You tell me what you want in Surrey, Langley or the Fraser Valley, I set up the searches, and you decide what, if anything, you’d like to see.
Set Your Own Alerts is self-serve: you build the search and the listings are emailed to you. Let Caroline Find It is the done-for-you version: you tell me what you want, and I do the searching, including for homes that haven’t reached the public search. Plenty of people use both.
Sometimes. Some homes are talked about between agents before they list, and some sell before they ever reach the public sites. I can’t promise one of those will fit what you want, but when one does, you’ll hear about it from me rather than find out after it’s gone.
Then I’ll say so plainly, and show you what that budget does buy: a different neighbourhood, a different kind of home, or the one item on your list that is worth letting go of. You won’t be left waiting on a search that was never going to find anything.
No. Sending the form doesn’t sign you up to anything. If we get to the point of viewing homes or writing an offer, I’ll explain what’s involved before you sign anything, and you can stop the searches whenever you like.
