These are the homes currently for sale inside the Aldergrove Community Secondary catchment, drawn to the boundary School District 35 (Langley) publishes. Two elementary schools sit inside it and feed into Aldergrove Community.
It runs from 260 Street east to the Abbotsford boundary at 276 Street, and from 0 Avenue at the border north to about 44 Avenue, narrowing to 264 Street above 32 Avenue. The school and both feeder elementaries sit near the north end of the strip, close together; most of the length lies south of them. Being inside the boundary is not the same as being guaranteed a seat, and there is more on that below.
Aldergrove is one catchment at every tier. Two elementary schools, one middle school and one secondary share the same strip of the Township between 260 Street and the Abbotsford line, so an address here leaves nothing to work out.

How to read these numbers
These are provincial assessments, not rankings, and they are published by the B.C. Ministry of Education under the Open Government Licence. The figure is the share of students who wrote the assessment and scored in the top bands — On Track or Extending for the Foundation Skills Assessment, Proficient or Extending for the Grade 10 assessments.
Surrey and B.C. sit beside every number on purpose. Grade 10 Numeracy runs at about half the province, so a figure in the forties is close to normal and reads as a failing grade only if you see it on its own. A number without its baselines is not a fact, it is an impression.
What they do not measure: teaching, the programs a school runs, how a particular child would do there, or whether anyone is happy. They measure two skills, on one day, among the students who sat the test. This site does not rank schools and does not publish a rating, because the question buyers actually ask is which catchment an address is in — not which school is best.
Being inside a catchment is not a guaranteed seat
School District 35 (Langley) reserves the right to redirect students once a school is full. In 2024 Surrey closed in-catchment registration at three of its schools, so this is not a technicality. The boundary tells you which school an address is assigned to; it does not reserve a desk in it.

Questions about this catchment
Parkside Centennial and Shortreed. Every elementary catchment in the Langley district nests inside exactly one secondary catchment, so a home in this boundary feeds one of those two, then Betty Gilbert Middle, then Aldergrove Community. Two feeders is the smallest set on this site; Aldergrove is a compact community with about 860 students at the secondary in 2025/2026.
Yes. The two boundaries have the same footprint and the same two feeder elementaries. An Aldergrove address therefore settles all three tiers at once, which is not true in most of Langley: in Willoughby two middle schools split one secondary catchment, and in Brookswood the middle years are handled inside the secondary. Aldergrove Community also runs exploration classes for Betty Gilbert students, so the two schools work as a pair.
The school lists Youth Train in Trades dual-credit programmes in automotive service, carpentry and hairdressing, AVID, a hockey academy, and fine arts and applied skills. Those are application programmes with their own intake; an address inside the boundary secures a place at the school, not a seat in any of them. The district records no French Immersion here. It opened in 1958 and is the second-oldest secondary school in the Langley district.
